Harmony services all items we sell. Period.
Harmony is one of the few audio-video stores to have an on-site repair facility.
Should the need arise, we can service any item that you purchase from us.
For general service information or when checking on the status of your service
item, please call between Tuesdays through Saturdays.
If the item was purchased from Harmony and is under warranty, simply bring it
in with a copy of your Harmony receipt and we'll do the rest.
If it is out of warranty, there is a $100 estimate fee when dropping off the
unit. This will be deducted from the repair costs or if you decide not
to repair, it may be applied to a replacement unit. No work will begin until
approved by the customer.
